Packaging
All our orders are packed in discreet packaging. This means that there is no identifying point on the outside that can be traced back to Grasscompany.com. Orders are prepared daily in an external fulfillment center to be sent to our customers. Your order will be packed in a brown box without any print, without printed tape and even without our name as sender on the label.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be paid to the carrier that same evening. In almost all cases, this means that you can receive your order the next working day (or Saturday). Of course, your order may be delayed. In most cases this is in the hands of the carrier. If you do not receive your package the next working day, please carefully check your track and trace details. Have you not received anything after 3 days? Please contact us via our contact form and we will ensure that you still receive your order.
